RETURNS,EXCHANGE AND REFUNDS
Policy on Returns and Exchange :
At Omyaa, we endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges for the following :
- Custom or Personalised orders
- Products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.
- If the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
- Items on Sale or Promotion.
- If there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
- In case of International Orders if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the Shipping agency.
However, we accept returns / exchange within 7 days of delivery for the following:
- The order has been cancelled before the provided dispatch date.
- An incorrect product has been delivered to you i.e. the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email
- If the product you receive has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect
Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide a resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
We shall accept return request for orders which were delivered in time , in good condition and as per specifications.
But in these cases, the shipping cost of delivery will be deducted, return shipping cost shall be borne by the customer and a refund of the cost of the product will be made.
If the products returned are not in their original condition, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
In case of request of a cancellation of any order before dispatch – we will make 100% refund within 7 days
In case of returned order – the refund is made after receiving the order back in our studio.
The refund is initiated in 24hrs after receiving the products but it takes the bank about 3 to 4 days to complete the transaction and show in your account
To return or exchange a product :
You may contact us via email at email@example.com or call our customer care at +91 7738238444 / +91 9822137474 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 3-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and the original tags are intact.
- In case of damaged or quality defect goods, we shall require a close up photo of the defect/damage as proof or any other disruptions in the product and our customer care team shall replace the product or provide you with the refund of the product price immediately after the item is received in our studio in India.
- The returned merchandise must be in exact condition as received and the damage incurred within this grace period will be the responsibility of the buyer.
- The product has been repackaged into its original package or an equivalent.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS :
- Credit notes for any returns or exchanges will only be sent to the registered email address or the email address has been used to make the purchase• Replacements in case of the above conditions will be offered based on athe vailability of product. If we don’t have the replacement product, we’ll be happy to offer you a credit note or a refund
• Proportionate shipping will be refunded only if it meets our conditions for a free return i.e. a quality or wrongly delivered product
- We are unable to entertain requests to replace a product with a different product or style, even if the price is the same, unless the original product is out of stock or unavailable.• House and Home products can be returned only in case of a genuine quality defect
• International offers are not eligible for exchanges or returnsPAYMENTS :
a). For shipping all over India we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Master, Visa & American Express) and provide Net Banking Option across major banks.
b). For all international transactions we provide option to pay using PayPal.
